Anna Shea & Connor’s Engagement

Southall Farm & Inn, Franklin Tennessee

There is so much natural beauty in Tennessee.

We’ve been stoked about Southall Farm and Inn since we heard about all they’re working on. With 325 acres of lush land and rolling hills, Southall is a vast space intentionally meant to be enjoyed by people. The Franklin, Tennessee property and venue is set to be ready this fall. We heard it was going to be phenomenal and we couldn’t wait to see it.

Even though the property isn’t quite finished, we were able to go there for Anna Shea and Connor’s engagement photos. From hilltop views to creeks, covered bridges to cabins, apple orchards to lakes, there was no shortage of gorgeous locations to take in and explore. Connor and Anna Shea will be getting married there next spring and chose this place for obvious reasons - beauty all around that invites others in.

Southall’s heart and mission is to provide a place of slowness and stillness and vastness, an answer to how fast our lives move, and how sometimes we miss what matters most. How many of us long to slow down, to simplify, to disconnect from the hurrying and connect with what’s meant for us? Southall heard this cry of many and responded in a way only it could - by sharing the immeasurable beauty of nature and inviting anyone to join.

Two thing’s are for sure: Anna Shea and Connor really love each other, and they know a good thing when they see it. If their engagement shoot was a glimpse of their spring Southall wedding day, we’re counting down the days. The only thing better than experiencing true love and peace in nature is inviting everyone you love to come along.

The future is bright for the much needed brilliance that is Southall Farm and Inn, and the lovely and wise Connor and Anna Shea.
